By using the Adjix Web services (Web site, ad network, or link shortening service) of SMS Pal, Inc., you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use").
The Adjix service is offered AS IS.
No pornographic ("Adult") ad campaigns or links.
No spammers or spam-like behavior.
No fraud, phishing, or illegal activity.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Adjix service for any reason, without notice at any time.
We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time.
Linkers must not use the Adjix service in conjunction with a Web site if it conflicts with the Web site's Terms of Use.
Forbidden uses of the Adjix program include, but are not limited to: fraudulently generating impressions via: bots, scripts, auto-refreshes, iframes, pops, file sharing services, or other surreptitious methods. Users agree not to use Adjix in conjunction with other link shorteners, get rich quick or make money online schemes, or redirect services and agree not to click on their own link ads nor encourage their users to click any advertisements that appear on Adjix links.
Violation of these terms will result of the termination of your Adjix account. While Adjix prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that Adjix cannot be responsible for the advertisements posted on its web site or the links created by its users and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the Adjix service at your own risk.
Adjix may discard or discontinue collecting link click data for inactive Adjix accounts (no login within the past 45 days) or for accounts with excessive link creation (more than 25 links created/day during beta testing).
Adjix is currently in beta testing and available only in the United States.
